I am here to encourage you as we work together.

Shannon Jones
To begin my journey in helping others, I decided to become a counselor. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As a counselor, I enjoy working with adults on an individual basis, and with couples who would like to strengthen their marriage. I also work with children and adolescents, teaching coping skills that can help them navigate successfully through daily life.

During therapy, I use a variety of interventions and strategies to help meet the needs of each client, including (but not limited to) cognitive behavior therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, expressive
art therapy and play therapy. I believe every client is unique and capable of overcoming challenges with the right tools and support.

I am encouraged and supported by my wonderful husband and two sons. We have two fur babies, Mollie and Hollie, who share in our adventures each day. I love animals and enjoy the opportunity to interact with the horses during my work day!
